Pl confirm I have Commission and Interest income which form I File ITR 4, if yes I have to prepair Balance sheet and P & l also

Yes, ITR4 has to be filed in case of PGBP Income and IOS( In Your case, Commission Income and IOS) So,file ITR4. There is no need to prepare/fill Balance sheet & P/L (non audit case and not maintaining Books of Accounts)
