first of all u mst hv DIN of proposed directors nd DSC of one of the propsd director thn u hv 2 fill Form1A for name application. once ur co name get approved dn file Form 1,18,32 simultanesly. u hv 2 electrnically file MOA & AOA alnwid Form 1. these oll forms avble on MCA21 portal.
