14 October 2017 Sir ,My uncle is a Project Engineer and the company is deducting TDS at 10% under section 194J. which return should i file actually he is a employee in that organisation.

14 October 2017 If TDS deducted u/s 194J that means the company doesnot treat him as employee. ITR 3 or ITR 4 to be filled

14 October 2017 Yes... I agreed to Mr Ashiwini Ballodia..... The company can't treat as employee for your uncle... So, You ll be file ITR 3 or ITR 4 (presumptive taxation)
