Coaching fees paid by parents from his business

commercial coaching is in nature of B2C business.
But if fees of student is paid by parents from his business( ABC Ltd) and he is asking give invoice is his business name with GSTIN so he can take input.

Can we issue such invoice.

26 January 2018 So far issue of invoice in the name of a business is concerned, it may be issued by you. You should not be worried about the availability of credit to the recipient of service.
