As per the law Pvt. Ltd. co. can not list

For Pvt Ltd company there is one main point due to which it's share can not be listed:-
** It prohibits any invitation to the public to subscribe for any shares in, or debentures of, the company.
** It prohibits any invitation to the public to subscribe for any shares in, or debentures of, the company.
