Dear sir,
I am taking home loan in axis bank of Rs.10,00,000/-. But co-applicant is my wife name. Now she paid EMI every month.
Emi statement show her name also. Now my query is She is eligible for home loan interest. (80c)

Incase home also she is co owner then she is eligible for deduction u/s.24b & 80C

yes she can take deduction u/s 24( b) and 80c
