20 November 2009 In the case of Buyer's credit, if service tax is paid on that Co- acceptance fees, can the company avail credit on that. Pl. Reply.

suppose a company avails Buyer's credit facility. the banker charges Interest for which service tax is charged. then can the company avail credit on such ST.?
