09 May 2014 hi sir, i shall want to joint icwa intermidiate, but in thetre have 2 option 1st is syllabus 2008 and another syllabus 2012, whts a diffrence in both, and which i shall prefer for my exam..

11 May 2014 The Last Examination under “Revised Syllabus 2008” shall be conducted in June 2015.

So you have to apply for Syallabus 2012. For details see below link--
