13 June 2011 if an individual earned rental income from house property and he transfer such house property to his mother then clubbing provision shall apply or not

13 June 2011 I can have a bet that the beta (son) will not do like that just for the sake of saving tax under the head IFHP.

But, if he is seriously thinking in this direction he is going to set a great example of " Matru-Bhakti.

However, if it is seriously being thought, Income tax act also assist in this matter. Clubbing provisions will not be attracted in this case.
