if an individual earned rental income from house property and he transfer such house property to his mother then clubbing provision shall apply or not

I can have a bet that the beta (son) will not do like that just for the sake of saving tax under the head IFHP.
But, if he is seriously thinking in this direction he is going to set a great example of " Matru-Bhakti.
