24 December 2011 In which situations can income of HUF be clubbed in the hands of the Karta/members. Kindly state the relevant provisions of the Income Tax Act

24 December 2011 When an Individual member converts his individual separate property into HUF's Property, income arising from such property to HUF is clubbed in the hands of the member(Individual). Pl Refer Section 64(2).
