10 June 2015 if I purchase flat in the name of my wife. later on wife sold flat; then in whose hand capital gain will be taxable?

10 June 2015 If you have purchased flat in the name of wife using your funds than you will deemed to be owner of the same. Moreover there is a decision of Supreme Court according to which if a flat is purchased from out of gifted money capital gains will be clubbed in the hands of donor.
