An association of persons, whether incorporated under Company Act or not,or registered under Societies Act etc,engaged in selling food and drinks(whether intoxicated or not)for a price to its members for cash or credit shall become a dealer and liable for VAT on its transactions....mjk

Yes on sale of any item to members it is liable for VAT and Service charges where ever it is applicable. The expert is correct and I agree with him
