the members club which is registered under section 25 of companies act 1956.is this club is liable for Jharkhand vat. pls give me your suggestion as soon as possible

28 May 2013 An association of persons, whether incorporated under Company Act or not,or registered under Societies Act etc,engaged in selling food and drinks(whether intoxicated or not)for a price to its members for cash or credit shall become a dealer and liable for VAT on its transactions....mjk
