we have submitted all the belated documents to ROC under CLSS.After that what we need to do?

After closure of the scheme (31/8/2010) and after the filed documents are approved, but not after the expiry of 6 months from the date of closure aforesaid, an application (not hosted in MCA site)seeking immunity in respect of belated filing has to be electronically filed.
