27 August 2010 A private company was incorporated in 2006 but it has not started any operations so far.Now it wishes to regularises its operations under the company law settlement scheme by filing its returns from 2006 to 2010.will there be any consequence of its delay in starting operations like compulsory winding up?

27 August 2010 Kindly be clear whether u want to wind up the Company or u want to continue running the Company.

For winding up EES scheme is better for stike off. schemem being applicable only till 31st August.

And to continue business u can file all the required forms by 31st august so that u get 75% off on additional fee charged for late filing of documents.
