11 August 2010 Dear ALL,
I just want know what is the procedure to restore the name of striked off company in the Register of Companies.

Is High Court th only authority to do this?

If a company is not filing its documents for last 10-15 years, how it will be benefited under CLSS 2010

11 August 2010 Can restore the name under section 560(6) of the Companies Act,1956. High court is the only authority.
Under CLSS 2010,the additional filing fee will be reduced to 25 % of the actual payable amount.
