23 July 2013 We have not submitted Closing stock For FY 2011-2012 under DVAT ,we dnt have Closint stock as on 31.03.2012 ,now department has sent penality 10000 .please suggets what i do

Now penalty is levied on you, your only remedy is to appeal against the order.
