Please tell me the details of Clause 30 of Listing agreement regarding constitution of Board and any other provision if any and intimation to Stock Exchanges in this matter.

Clause 30 is quite simple. If there is any change in company directorate as mention in clause 30, company should intimate STX immediately.
For intimation simply fax + courier a letter to STX. Letter must be signed by CS or MD or Auth person.

One more thing re-appointment of MD or re-appointment of rotational director shall not be treated as change in directorate for the purpose of clause 30.
