Dear Expert,
in a company if there is a classification of employees on PF and NOn PF employees. under which Accounting head will u classify the PF and non PF employees in tally software, and where will it appear in balance sheet

You can open two different groups.
1. Salary PF Employees (Indirect Expense)
2. Salary Non - PF Employees (Indirect Expense)
Under each of these groups you can open accounts of individual employees.
This will enable you to keep a track of the payment made to individual employees.
