What is the difference between resolution passed by circulation and resolution passed by postal ballot ?

09 April 2014 A resolution passed by circulation is of the Board or committee resolutions, when meeting is convened and the resolution is circulated and passed as per section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013. A resolution passed by postal ballot is in the context of shareholders' resolution as per section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013.
