Claiming of tds refund as income below taxable limit

19 July 2017 TDS dedcuetd in A.Y.2013-14 but income tax return not filed as income is below taxable limit and came to know the deduction later. In A.y. 2014-15 also TDS id deducted and refund not claimed. Please guide how to take refund now. Never filed income tax return.

19 July 2017 Can't file ITR for AY 2013-14, 2014-5 & 2015-16. If you get any notices from ITD for NMS. You can file ITR for above said years. if not can't file. Then, If you want file the return you can meet your ITDward AO. He ll be move your query...
