claiming of exemption

22 August 2016 hello sir/ madam, I have cleared IPCC group-1 and doing articles in a CA firm, in may 2016 I gave group-2 attempt and got exemption in the advanced accounting but I didn't not mention the details of exemption in the exam application form for Nov 2016. Now can I claim exemption ?? if not what is the process to rectify it. plz provide the information. thank you ASHA

22 August 2016 The exemption is automatic....you will get it for Nov 2016 attempt. Write a separate request letter to ICAI, giving reference of your exam form.
