I have passed my Cs final exam and now I m pursuing cwa inter please suggest me whether should I claim exemption in cwa(accounts and direct tax) on the basis of Cs. will claiming exemption affect my profile adversely.

Yes you should claim the exemption. You have earned it by passing CS Professional exams. It will not have any adverse bearing on your profile.
