Claiming deduction

i had failed to take an 80I exemption for which i was eligible. the time limit for filing a revised return has expired and even the time limit for 143(3) has lapsed. all i received was a 143(1) intimation. i wanna claim my deduction now...how to do it?

Now, you cannot claim, start claiming 80I from current year
