19 September 2018 As per IT act there is no requirement for registration of Societies or Trust u/s 12AA, held for educational purposes which are having gross receipts less than one crore. They can claim exemption u/s10(23c)(iiiad). But at the time of uploading the information for the A.Y. 2018-19 for the above societies the software is not accepting and requiring to fill the column of project/institution details with approved registration number and date. Please clarify how to upload?
