Can a firm claims an expenses, which is in the name of a company which is going to takeover it in a future.
For eg:"A" is a Firm & will become "B"(a company) in a future.now can "A" claim any expenses of "B" prior to TAKEOVER of "A".
and takenover take place on 01-04-2011 and firm claims expense on 15-03-2011 and 0n 15.03.2011 Company is not in existence.

When the company is in existence, it is the best person to claim its expenditure.
