13 January 2017 Around ₹3500 is Deducted as TDS on maturity of FD from my mother bank account but we already had submitted form 15g before maturity. my mother is Resident for PY16-17 guide me how can I claim refund of that.

13 January 2017 File tax return of your mother, if it is less than tax bracket than claim full amount refund.

14 January 2017 my mom is housewife...and this is the only source of income which does not cross exemption limit....so I need help to file ITR because I want to file itself .

14 January 2017 You file itr1 online enter Interest in Income from other sources and fill TDS details enter Bank details IFSC Code, Accountant details and upload the same.

15 January 2017 agree with the expert. you will need to create a login ID on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in with help of your mother's PAN. then only you can file ITR 1 online.
