Dear Sir,
I am a tribal of arunachal pradseh and i have doing some work contract in private company at the time of billing they have deducted TDS amount from my bill but its exempted user the section of 10(26). How can i claim for the deducted TDS amount.

You can file the Income Tax Return of the concerned year and claim refund of TDS deducted from you.
