I am confused regarding difference between commissioner and director relating to income tax authorities,what is difference between two.
IS there any difference between joint commissioner and deupty commissioner?

Director and Commissioner of Income tax - Both are the same
Joint Commissioner is senior in Rank as compared to the DC
