how i can varify the company that it is right or not for investment if it is not correct so what can i do so that most od the people save there mony.

enquire its promoters,directors,years of existence,its registration,utilisation of funds,return pattern,registration certificate.Enquire the bank in which it has kept its paid up capital that bank must have some useful information about company,chit agreement with the area registrar.
