10 December 2016 A Person want to start a Registered Chit fund Business. Is Proprietary Concern can get a registration certificate under Chit Fund Act 1982. I mean Is he eligible to register a Proprietary Concern Under Chit Fund Act.

10 December 2016 As per my understanding, only a firm or association of individuals or Company or Co-operative Societies can do Chit fund business. Individuals can not work have business of Chit Fund
