please any one said me what means by the margin option shown in form CHG-1

its a amount taken as security by the Bank. suppose you take overdraft limit of Rs. 3 Lacs. Now if Bank takes margin of 25% then in that case, you are only able to use Rs. 2.25 Lacs. go with Tondon Committee. its can generally also termed as Margin of Safety by the Bank.
