23 December 2013 i have hold certificate of practice , if i surrender my cop in Feb ,2014 so we required to pay fees for the year 2014-15.

23 December 2013 Yes. I read it FY 2013-14. If you no more holding COP on 1 April, you wont be required to pay COP fees for the year FY 2014-15.
