05 March 2016 do a section 25 company in its formation stage or post formation,is required to contact charity commissioner for any approval...of 12 a or 80g or for any approval of formation? or any agency insist for getting charity registration to a section 25 company ?plz guide.

05 March 2016 formation of Section 8 Company As per company Act 2013 (formally Section 25 of CA 1956) is not required to contact charity commissioner.

MCA has provide all online process to registered a sec 8 company.


Sec 12A and 80G of income Tax Act will required a addition registration with CIT-exemption to avail benefit.
