02 August 2008 Trade union society doing the activities to promote the business of members haveing registration u/s 12A want to organise a exibition and received space charges from participants and earned income, is the such income is taxable in the hand of society or exempted under section 11 giving regard to new defination of chiratable purpose u/s 2(15).
