07 July 2011 Whether Charitable Educational Trust is liable to pay service tax on Advertisement or not ?

08 July 2011 question is not clear whether u are providing the advertising services or availing the ad services... if u are availing ad services from other agencies you have to pay if it is charged in thier bill..

08 July 2011 We (i.e.- Charitable Educational Trust - CET) are receiver of advertisement services. But my question is that while CET are expemted to registered or to file return or to pay service tax to the govt., then why we pay service tax to the agencies if they charged service tax in their bill.
