If the Company A gives its property as a security for credit facilities to be obtained by Company B, Which company shall file Form 8? Company A or Company B or Both?

For property the owner of property Co.A will file Form-8 with ROC.
The charge is not created by company on other company property.

In Form 8, point no. 16, it is written that Whether any of the property or interest therein under reference is not registered in the name of the company? If yes, in whose name it is registered/
Does it not mean that even Company B has to file Form 8 by virtue of point 16 above?
