Chargeability of incom tax

A building is owned by Mr.X and the land appurtenant thereto the buiding is owned by Mr.Y .is the rental income received from the land is taxed in the hands of Mr.Y under the head "Income from House Property".

No it will not be taxed under income from house property as house is owned by other person.
