Our company given corpoate gurantee to one llp. Is it required to file charge with form 8 to the ROC in the name of our company?

Corporate guarantee is not falling under the list of compulsorily register able charges given u/s 125(4). So it is not mandatory to register with ROC.
However I would advise you to file form 8 for the same.

As per sec. 125, the giving of Corporate Gurantee is not required to be registered.
