16 September 2010 Our company given corpoate gurantee to one llp. Is it required to file charge with form 8 to the ROC in the name of our company?

16 September 2010 Corporate guarantee is not falling under the list of compulsorily register able charges given u/s 125(4). So it is not mandatory to register with ROC.

However I would advise you to file form 8 for the same.

Wait for other opinions.

16 September 2010 As per sec. 125, the giving of Corporate Gurantee is not required to be registered.
as there is no charge on the properties of the company.
No need to file form 8 .
