Hi sir,
I have submitted my articleship form to icai before 6 days but I just got to know I have wrote wrong date in that form so is there is any option to rectify my mistake .
Please help me out in this because it will shift my attempt I can't afford it please help me if u can.

you just need to call the helpline no or email them and request them to send you the revised form... or any other way they can let you know by which you can correct your mistake
