12 December 2011 there is a private company. and i want to change it's name.
what is the exact procedure ?
which resolution & document that i required?

And how can i change the address of this private company ?

12 December 2011 You have to pass special resolution for change of name of company in general meeting.

File form 1A for new name approval. then file Form 1B and 23.

If you wish to change address of RO within city then board resolution should be passed.
