Dear all,
I want to answer the following question
The management of ambitious properties Ltd has decided to take up the business of food processing activity because of the downward trend in real estate business. there is no provision in object clause of the MOA to enable the company to carry on such business. please tell me the reasons whether its object can be amended?

The reason goving by you is correct. What else can you give. You will have to change both the name as well as the object clause of the company.
