Change of Reg. office address

21 May 2010 Dear Sir,

If a company registered address has been changed (only district) by operation of law by official gazzete before 8 years then At present how can company change its registered address ( only change of district required).

What procedure should follow ?

25 May 2010 For change in regd office with the same city a board resolution is enough. But u hv to file form 18 with ROC.

Pass a BR in current date and file form 18 with ROC.
