Change of promoters

We have filed the form 1A with Two promoters and form has approved. Now one of the promoter who was also applicant in the form 1A do not want to continue. We want to file the form 1 with other promoter and applicant for the same name. What is the procedure for the same?

You can do so, you take NOC from such promoters about quit his promoter ship and a NOC from both promoters of which details have been filed in Form-1A that they have no objection of joining new promoters in the proposed company and attached the same with Form-1.

I, Laxmi Ratan W/o Sh. Arvind Kumar R/o F-104 Ashish Complex, Unnao, 216234, U.P. hereby state and confirm as under:
1. That I am named as one of the four promoters of a proposed Company namely LA Corporate Consultants Pvt Ltd in the Form 1A filed with ROC Delhi & Haryana for availability of the said name;
2. That due to my other pre-occupation, I don’t wish to be the promoter of the said proposed Company
3. That I have no objection if the said proposed company is incorporated by the ROC, Delhi & Haryana with the remaining three promoters.
