Can anyone let me know the procedure for the following

1) I want to change my Residential Address in IT Dept and also get my existing PAN Card
changed to the New Address

2) My father has old type of PAN card (B&W) & needs to changed to the New type of Pan Card

31 December 2011 Make an application. Very simple process is in place.

For your Dad's pan card also make an application for changes. Make any minor change (say in address), and the new pan card will be coming in the new type !!!

31 December 2011 You Have to submit fully filled Pan Correction form-49A along with photocopies of your Pan card, Address proof which you want to change and Photo ID to any of the TIN facilitation centres. They charge you a fee of about Rs. 94/-. After that your address has been changed in ITD database you will get another PAN on the address provided by you.
