Change of name online

29 December 2009 Can anybody guide me on the following issue:
I had applied for change of name of a company and paid the fees online. The name got rejected and i submitted form with other name. Am i supposed to make payment second time also?

29 December 2009 No need to pay the fee again as this second uploading of form-1A is simply re- submission of form-1A pursuant to MCA comment.

Use re-submission button while uploading your form second time with old SRN number of first form-1A.

29 December 2009 I submitted the form in submit and not resubmit as i did not have any such idea.
And the challan got generated.
Is any option available now?

29 December 2009 Do not worry. No need to pay for the challan generated. Use re-submission button now and re-upload the form.
