Dear All
One of our companies name changed on 21/06/2011.
Now my question is:-
Will the balance sheet for the F.Y. - 2010 - 2011(i.e.1st April 10 - 31st Mar. 2011), be made with the old name or new name as the date of signing of balance sheet by the auditors are 21st September 2011.

You can write new name of your company and also write old name of the comany as under :-
M/s ABC Ltd
(formally known as BCD Ltd)
