06 November 2014 Dear Experts, Please advise - After the change of the old name of the Company for how many days the old name can be used.
Any specific provision/section available for reference?

06 November 2014 the cut off is the date the permission is granted.
The growing tendency on the part of companies is that, in the bracket they put....erstwhile known by so and so name
