28 May 2014 What is the complete procedure for change of name of the co and altertion of MOA for name change under the new companies act.

Please provide neccessary draft of resolutions and inf regarding forms to be filed with ROC.

29 May 2014 1. Reservation of New Name in INC 1.
2. Pass BR, Notice & SR and approved the new name from share holders. and alter MOA & AOA. Change the Main object also unless ur new name is inconsistent with ur old Main object.
3. File the Application to ROC in form INC 24 for issue the New certificate of name
