Dear Expert,
I have filled Form 1A for availability of name ie xxxx INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Later i have withdrawn the name with in 60days and filled once again form 1A and used only xxxx private limited .
Know i have a query. Is the first name get lapsed, as i want the first name which i have filled in the first forms.

You can get your old name if other has not taken. You only give SRN of old Form-1A when you file new Form-1A for getting same.
