I have mailed twice for change of mediun and centre of examination but havent got reply and on helpline numbers they dont response properly.so please help me out....

The change in medium and center cannot be done once you have filled in the form of your examination. For doing the same you have to take special permission under special circumstances and by the time you receive the answer the examination will be over.
